What were Messi’s MLS stats in April?

Last month, the 36-year-old scored six goals and supplied four assists in four MLS games for Miami.

Following Messi’s comeback against Colorado Rapids on 6 April – some five weeks on from his previous MLS appearance – Miami went through the entire month of April undefeated in the league. After a 2-2 draw with the Rapids, Gerardo ‘Tata’ Martino’s men enjoyed successive wins over Sporting Kansas City, Nashville and New England Revolution, leaving the Herons three points clear at the top of the Eastern Conference regular-season standings.
