Conor McGregor makes his big-screen debut on ‘Road House’ remake

Irish fighter Conor McGregor trades his MMA gloves for a stab at the movies via Amazon Prime Video’s reinvention of the ‘80s hit ‘Road House’.

Conor McGregor has become one of the great ps in the world of sports. The UFC fighter was the world’s highest-paid athlete in 2021, according to Forbes. The MMA star has also stepped into the ring to fight Floyd Mayweather.

The Irishman has done it all, both in the world of sports and outside of it, where he has established himself as an entrepreneur by founding his own whisky, Proper No. Twelve, and several pubs located in his country. But now he is preparing for his debut in a new sphere, that of being a movie actor.

His premiere on the big screen

McGregor will move from the small screen to the movies, where he has been confirmed as one of the cast of the Amazon Prime Video reinvention ofRoad House’, a hit that shone in the 80s and starred Patrick Swayze, and will star Jake Gyllenhaal in its reincarnation.
